Below is a survey which we will be using as an outline for much of the discussion focusing on company goals and topics that are relevant to our workflow, policy, and cultural development. The survey is anonymous and meant to build an awareness of common perceptions surrounding our practice, business and the veterinary industry in general. In some cases you are asked to rank things in order of priority or asked to prioritize your choice. This is not to diminish the importance of other choices but to look at what staff members commonly feel in their role within the clinic or their views about our practices.  At the end, you’ll be given the option to comment on any of the survey questions or other topics not discussed. All questions are optional and if you find that you are not sure or not in a position to comment at this time you may leave it bland or answer “not sure” in the text fields.
