Below is a survey which we will be using as an outline for much of the discussion focusing on company goals and topics that are relevant to our workflow, policy, and cultural development. The survey is anonymous and meant to help define our goals and practices as it relates veterinary medicine and our business in general. In some cases you are asked to rank things in order of priority or asked to prioritize your choice. This is not to diminish the importance of other choices but to survey what staff members commonly feel in their role within the clinic or their perspective concerning our practices and our specialty.  At the end, you’ll be given the option to comment on any of the survey questions or other topics not discussed. All questions are optional and if you find that you are not sure or not in a position to comment at this time you may leave it blank or answer “not sure” in the text fields.
