Experienced Vet Assistant/Veterinary Technician

Qualifications: a minimum of two years of veterinary experience including animal restraint and lifting, animal care/kennel care, client communications, word processing skills, digital records/computer software, filling prescriptions, stocking/inventory, client/patient admission and invoicing/cashiering. Veterinary technical skills and experience in rehabilitation therapy preferred but not required.
Veterinary Technician, CVT/RVT, CCRP or CCRA

Ideal candidate's qualifications should include: a minimum of two years veterinary experience including patient care, client communication and technical skills, word processing, digital records/practice software, CVT or RVT credentials for the state of CA. Certification or training/coursework completed in canine rehabilitation therapy and experience in rehabilitation therapy is preferred.
Veterinary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Qualifications: a minimum of one year of reception/assistant experience with a veterinary facility. Ideal candidate should have excellent client and co-worker communication skills, have a professional work ethic and be reliable for a full time schedule and able to perform scheduling, phone and email communications for a busy practice. Candidate should be detail oriented, have word processing/typing skills, be familiar with digital/computer practice software, client admission, estimates and invoicing as well as professional use of social media and marketing. Opening and closing duties including keeping the work environment organized and clean are also expected. Experience with animal handling and care preferred.
